Pain and Fatigue Friendship Group

First Thursday of the month 1:15-2:25pm

Living with pain or fatigue can be exhausting, not just physically, but emotionally too. This group offers a gentle, understanding space where you can simply be yourself. There’s no need to explain your condition (unless you want to) and no pressure to pretend you’re okay.

Everyone who comes along understands what it’s like. It’s a chance to offload, share, or just listen with a cuppa in hand, surrounded by others who get it.

What’s said in the room stays in the room, so you can feel comfortable opening up. The group is completely non-medical, just friendly people coming together for support and companionship.

If you’d like, you can share self-help ideas and coping strategies in a positive, non-professional way. Or you can simply sit, chat, and take a breather. Even dropping in for ten minutes is perfectly fine — we know that an hour can feel like a lot some days.

For many, this group becomes a small but important anchor: a place to relax, connect, and know that you’re not alone.
