Age UK Gloucestershire Help Team and Gloucestershire Springboard

We are so excited that the Age UK Gloucestershire’s Help Team is also coming to The Keepers! They will be here weekly on Mondays between 11am and 12:30pm.

We still have our Age UK Gloucestershire Springboard social group which is a space to meet new people in a welcoming environment, an opportunity to take part in activities together, provide access to information from Age UK Glos along with help with applying for any financial benefits people may be entitled to.

They also offer digital assistance and teaching if you need help with things like:

-Teaching basic tech skills e.g. Searching the internet, videocalling, downloading and installing new apps.
-Online shopping.

-Using Whatsapp/Google Maps/etc.

-Setting up and using the NHS app.

-Setting up and using internet banking.

-Applying for jobs online.

-Diagnosing and fixing bugs or broken devices.

But if there is anything you would like to learn about online or to do with your device they are able to help!
