Adult Cooking Classes
Do you want to get some new recipe inspiration or get time-saving tips? Or do you want to gain confidence in the kitchen?
We are hosting three 1-day cooking courses throughout the year!
Each course has 4 slots available and will run 9:30am-11:30am on Thursdays.
The dates are:

Connect to Work
Every other Monday 1:45pm-3:45pm.
Connect to Work offer 1:1 support for up to 12 months, to find and retain employment.
They work with people who have been out of work for 6 months or more (or in work for over 4 months but struggling to retain it) and fall into one or more of the following groups:
People with a Disability/Health condition
Carers/Ex-Carers, care experienced young people/Care leavers
Offenders/Ex- Offenders
Homeless people
Armed Forces veteran
Drug/alcohol dependency
Refugees or resettled Afghans
If you don't fit the criteria for Connect to Work, you can be referred to the Employment and Skills Hub, which has a wider remit.
Digital Drop-In Sessions
Would you like some help with using IT?
Struggling with your computer, tablet or phone?
We offer a drop-in session twice a month when you can get one-to-one help with:
Emails, internet, social media
Entertainment apps e.g. BBC iPlayer, ITVx, Netflix, audio/eBooks
Online shopping
Internet banking
Online council services
NHS online services
Avoiding scams and fraud in the IT world
General advice on using your smartphone or tablet
Every other Monday, 11:30am - 1:30pm (see What’s On)

The Keepers runs a weekly Spanish group, mainly focusing on conversational Spanish. This is a very friendly and informal group, and welcomes complete beginners as well as those with some Spanish experience.
